He have over 25 Years of experience of Managing Construction of the Roads and Bridges mainly in the area of Chandrapur and Gadchiroli in Maharashtra state.

Mr. Shivshankar Lature (DIN: 02090972), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. He brings over two decades of experience in the infrastructure sector, including extensive expertise in the telecom infrastructure industry. His areas of strength include overseeing overall business operations, formulating marketing strategies, project management consultancy, and driving business development initiatives.

Mr. Omprakash Gurbaxani (DIN: 00324142), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Nagpur University and brings over three decades of experience in the construction sector.

Mr. Suyash Lature (DIN: 09423584), Non- Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company, he has completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Manipal University, Jaipur. He had also completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Global Family Business Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.

Mr. Aditya Gurbaxani (DIN: 06731918), Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Amrita University and a Master of Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. He brings over 12 years of professional experience in the field of Information Technology, including three years as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra Ltd., a leading telecom and IT services company.

Mr. Hrishikesh Marathe (DIN: 02251842), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, holds a Master of Laws degree and has been practicing before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and its benches for the past 17 years. He is currently serving as the Assistant Government Pleader and Public Prosecutor at the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court.

Mrs. Manisha Shelar (DIN: 09308799), Non- Executive Independent Director, hold an M.Tech degree in VLSI Design from Shri Satya Sai Institute of Technology, Bhopal, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Jawahar Education Society’s Institute of Technology, Management & Research, Nashik.

Mr. Nandan Kumar Basu (DIN: 01986225), Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, holds diploma in Digital Electronics and Microprocessors. He is the professional with over 35 years of experience in the cable TV and internet service industry, managing a subscriber base exceeding 10,000 customers.

Mr. B Padmanabhan (DIN: 01987724), Non- Executive Independent Director of the Company, is the Chartered Accountant with more than 40 years’ experience in Finance & exposure to Legal, Secretarial, M&A, IT etc.
